PHIL LONG DEALERSHIPS is Hiring a Customer Care Representative Near Colorado, CO

Phil Long Ford in Motor City has an opening for an experienced fulltime Customer Care Representative. A Customer Care Representative also known as a Business Development Specialist (BDC), handles all internet leads and sales phone calls. The BDC is an internet driven sales department that makes outbound phone calls to potential customers. Customer Care Representative connects with our clients via phone, text, email or video.
Phil Long Dealerships has been in business since 1945, we are proud to serve the Colorado Springs community.
Essential Duties
  • Effectively respond to all internet sourced vehicle inquiries generated through the dealership's website and other internet lead providers by making outbound prospecting phone calls inviting prospects to the dealership. The expectation is 100-120 calls per day.
  • Schedule appointments for the sales department.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of the dealership's products and services.
  • Check E-mail frequently throughout the day and respond to customers' inquiries immediately/in a timely manner.
  • Respond to customers via Phone, text, email or video.
  • Help the Service department schedule appointments for work to be done.
  • Coordinate with Business Development Manager on appointments and follow up.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • A successful Business Development Center Manager needs the product knowledge, professionalism and empathy that customers look for today.
  • Communication is extremely important in a sales department as it contributes to team-building with all dealership departments.
Education And/or Experience
  • 1-2 Year's sales experience.
  • Experience with call leads at all levels of organizations with the ability to connect with managers, directors, VPs and executives.
